Heidi Cuppari

Co-Founder + Executive Director

Heidi is a pioneer in social change finance and business, and a mother of two children. After serving as a wealth manager at UBS Wealth Management, in 2014 she founded Anastasia Finance and serves as an impact investing guide/concierge to women, millennials and their families and help activate global systemic change.

When imagining what would be needed to achieve moonshots such as the SDGs by 2030, she realized that we needed people with the best imaginations in the world: kids. Thus, she started Dream Tank with Ashley Kulik in July of 2016. Heidi believes the power and creative genius of kids can innovate a better future for all. She thrives in building in mentorship and community connection to this end. Her dream is to grow Dream Tank globally to further amplify the voices of youth and their participation in meaningful and bold community change.


Paul Andrés Gotera
Executive Assistant + Social Media Fellow

Paul is originally from Venezuela, but has been living abroad since he was 17.

Paul graduated this year in International Business from the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, he loves to travel and practice Karate.

Paul has been working with youth entrepreneurship and learning new skills since he was a teenager himself promoting United Nations Model events in his country. He’s now planning what countries he will visit next.


Rachel DeStigter
Partnerships and Investor Relations Coordinator Fellow

Adaptable, hardworking professional with a passion for cross-cultural communication, youth empowerment, and environmental sustainability.

I am currently the Investor Relations NextGEN Innovation Fellow with Dream Tank working to build partnerships to help young entrepreneurs find solutions to sustainable development challenges. I recently graduated from American University. While in university, I was able to study abroad in Costa Rica and the Netherlands, intern at the programs department at Atlas Corps, and gain experience with research interning for She Grows It. Now I’m looking to gain more experience in sustainability and take on larger projects.

Outside of work and volunteering, I am an avid reader, hiker, and language enthusiast who is always planning my next travel adventure!


Jennifer Bonine
Partnership Advisor & Council Member 

Jenn is a CEO, Author, Entrepreneur, Startup Founder, and Philanthropist.  She has spoken all over the Globe including at the World Economic Forum in Davos and interviewed for CNN Money. She presented at AI for Good and the Pentagon this past year. Jenn Owns several companies from tech to subscription boxes and is on several executive boards including one for the US Bid for the World Expo in 2027.

She has a chapter in a recent book that was published on AI and is working on a children’s book series on AI/ML to educate youth on technology, and was named one of the top 30 leaders to watch in 2020 and Minnesota Woman in Business 2020.

Jenn has worked with leaders in the tech community to build solutions to cutting edge problems and most of all loves the opportunity to speak and teach others what she has learned in her journey. She recently worked with Google, Fortnite, Uber, Microsoft, and others to change the world with AI.



Co-Founder, Dream Tank Advisor, Fellow + Filmmaker

Summer is 15 years old and a sophomore at Fairview High School. She was born in Manhattan, New York and now lives in Boulder, Colorado. She loves art, film, music, and entrepreneurship.

Summer is a key advisor to Dream Tank’s programs and created a card game to learn and unleash big ideas related to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. She created a film production company with her partner, Anya Smith, called Story Architects including Kid Critic Youtube Shows, under the mentorship of Dream Tank. Summer has been interested in Sustainable Development Goal 13, Climate Action, for a long time. She has made awareness films about it with her partner and hopes to inspire kids everywhere to take a stand and fight for what they believe in. Story Architect’s motto is, “Why wait to shine?”


Game Creator

Cody is 12 years old. He loves nature and sports. He mostly loves creating and leading games.

His dream is to help Dream Tank create a social impact and achievement-based rewards-based program with gaming, micro-and cryptocurrency components.

He got started on that dream the summer of 2020 by creating the first and only youth-created virtual reality burning man camp in the metaverse.

President of Indu5try, Ramzi Faris is a seasoned vet in the media, entertainment and technology industries.  With over twenty years of hands-on experience in the field, he has built an extensive portfolio of work and an ever-growing rolodex of partners from the ground up. After founding and developing his own artist management company out of college, he proceeded to work as a producer for Fashion TV and Fashion One Television and later as Director of Digital Ventures and Creative Development for Times Square Communications, all the while honing his knack for creating win-win scenarios for brands, clients and customers alike. His natural ability to network and insert himself into the right scenes has led him to create Indu5try to bring fresh and innovative campaigns, products and content to the market in the only way he knows how: with a personal touch, attention to detail and follow through.


Jaime Chambron
Operations Ninja

Over the span of 20 years in the tech industry, Jaime has started three companies, took on leadership roles at 10+ software and/or service firms, helped launch the Alliance of Technology and Women and led another non-profit.  She has become “The Servant Force Multiplier” where she helps to decode problems to motivate, connect and integrate diverse people to accelerate achievement together. 

In 2020 Jaime pivoted to focus on her passion to make an impact on individual careers, high growth tech companies and youth.  She launched Impact Oceans to help people and firms make a tidal wave, not a splash, in life and has joined Dream Tank to leverage her talents to push the #1BillionYouthMovement wave to fruition.  


George Cummings
SDG14 Dream Master

George is the SDG14 advisor for multiple Ocean focused NGOs and coastal communities.  He admires collaboration with people of Action, with his fins in the water approach to address the seven global targets for UNESCO’s Decade of Ocean Science in the seas of the Caribbean and Coral Triangle. He enjoys school speaking engagements “Ocean Talks” to inspire students to consider pursuing STEAM career paths in the emerging sustainable Blue Economy.

Tia is a multi award-winning entrepreneur and economist. The youngest to ever receive the Royal Institute British Architects honorary fellowship, she is the co-founder of Kansara Hackney Ltd, the first ISO-certified sustainable lifestyle consultancy, and CEO of Replenish Earth Ltd, a cause and a collective action to protect the global commons.

Hailed amongst the Top 100 most influential leaders in Tech by the Financial Times and Inclusive Boards, her clients include Coca Cola, Bloomberg, the European Commission, Forbes, Formula One, MIT, and Siemens.


Joe Mistich

With 30+ years of experience managing commercial, residential, land, and infrastructure projects, I am your go-to construction and development businessman in Louisiana and the Southeast.

I am currently employed by Manti Resources, as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Holdings and Special Projects, while managing M3 Properties LLC (M cubed), a family company of Manti Resources and Comite Resources. I am also co-owner of Axcess Construction and the former director of the Mandeville, LA Department of Public Works, where I oversaw water and wastewater services, streets, drainage, sewerage treatment, and general maintenance projects worth up to $120M. I currently oversee social outreach community projects for Manti Resources, including the Take Care initiative.

Jan is a nationally recognized and award-winning content creator and branding expert for positive content for children and family programs.  She is on the cutting edge of entertainment technology for 20 years.  Her lifelong study of dreams and creativity is represented in her creative works.

Jan is the author of the global entertainment “trans-media” brand for pre-teen girls, The Fairy Godmother Academy published by Random House-Yearling Books.  Her newest GenZ book series, Coded4Greatness is due out next year along with her inaugural non-fiction work, Twenty First Century Dreamer.
