  • The Dream Tank Fellowship is a unique experiential learning journey where students and emerging leaders step into real-world systems change projects. This is not a traditional job — it’s a co-creative adventure.

 

Hours: ~8–11 per week (flexible).

 

  • Educational Focus: Volunteer-based, with opportunities for course credit. As projects secure funding, pathways to stipends + leadership growth may emerge.

  • Impact: Join a global network of dreamers and doers. Learn skills in leadership, innovation, tech, storytelling, and regenerative systems.

Fellowship Positions

✨ Approx. 8–11 hrs/week | Educational Fellowship | Help with facilitating potential course credit, with pathways to stipends + leadership growth

🌱 Fundraising Development Fellow (Backend Magic)
Help keep the Dream alive by working on funding pipelines, sponsorships, and donor engagement. You’ll learn how to align values with capital, and make sure resources flow where they’re needed most.

🌍 Development & Partnerships Fellow (Front-Facing Power)
Be the face of Dream Tank in the community! You’ll cultivate partnerships, meet collaborators, and amplify the Dream wherever you go.

🎉 Events & Community Engagement Fellow (Salon Spark)
You’re the energy source for Spiral Salons and community gatherings. Think live events, pop-ups, and creating unforgettable shared experiences.

🧪 Program Coordinator Fellow (Design Challenge Alchemist)
Be the behind-the-scenes wizard who brings design challenges to life. From logistics to magic, you’ll make sure our boldest ideas actually happen.

🎥 Storytelling & Media Fellow (Narrative Weaver)
Craft stories that move hearts and shift systems. Social media, blogs, video, podcasts — your words and visuals will carry the movement.

 

🎮 Crypto / Blockchain / Gaming Fellow
Dive into web3, gaming, and blockchain to explore how these tools can support systems change, new economies, and youth-led futures.

💻 Web Design / Development Fellow
Shape the online home of DreamTank and its movements. You’ll build, tweak, and co-design web experiences that inspire people to join the Spiral.

📚 Research & Policy Fellow
Turn data into action. You’ll dig deep into regenerative systems, youth policy, and civic innovation to help DreamTank anchor its impact.

❤️ Culture & Love Keeper Fellows (Vibe Weavers)
Bring the love. You’ll curate joy, fun, and cultural glue for the team. From rituals to playlists to hosting check-ins, you keep the vibes aligned.

🌀 Spiral Ops Fellow (Chief of Staff Apprentice)
Support the DreamTank team by helping the Spiral flow smoothly. Think ops, coordination, and learning how to run a systems-change engine.

💰 Sustainable Finance Fellow (Impact Capital Alchemist)
Experiment with new financial models that align money with mission. You’ll explore impact investing, regenerative finance, and capital flow design.

Supervision and Communication Plan

Fellows will receive a comprehensive onboarding package and an initial orientation session. They will develop project outlines that will be reviewed and approved by supervisors. Weekly check-ins and progress reports will ensure ongoing support and feedback.

Regular meetings and daily updates will facilitate effective communication between fellows and supervisors. A final showcase event will provide an opportunity for fellows to present their projects and receive certificates of completion.

Timeline & Commitment

  • Applications accepted on a rolling basis.

  • First cohort begins Fall 2025.

  • Fellows commit ~8–11 hrs/week for one semester (with flexibility).

Is this a remote position? It can be! Depending on your location you will either work remotely or in a hybrid model.
