Overview
The Dream Tank Davos Fellowship Program offers a prestigious opportunity for university and graduate-level students, as well as young entrepreneurs and innovators, to gain invaluable experience in planning and executing high-profile events. Fellows will engage in the organization of a major event during the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland in 2025. This program provides a rare chance to network with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, thought leaders, and key decision-makers.
Location: Remote, Boulder, CO, New York City, and Davos, Switzerland
Dates / Time Expectation: This fellowship starts on September 15, 2024, and ends on February 15, 2025. The expected hours per week are 15-20. Student schedules, tests, and other needs for youth and students can be accommodated.
Fellowship Positions and Descriptions
- Lead Curator / Producer Fellow: Assist in overall event planning and execution. Participate in strategy sessions, manage timelines, and engage in systems change conversations. Benefits: Hands-on experience in event production, networking opportunities.
- Admin/Ops/Project Management Fellow: Support administrative and operational logistics. Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and manage participant communications. Benefits: Experience in project management, networking.
- Finance/Accounting/Controller Fellow: Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting. Manage sponsorship funds and vendor payments. Benefits: Real-world experience in event finance, networking.
- Marketing/Design/Social Media Fellow: Support creation of marketing materials and manage social media campaigns. Design graphics and track marketing metrics. Benefits: Practical experience in marketing and design, networking.
- PR Fellow: Assist in drafting press releases and coordinating media outreach. Manage media partnerships and organize press conferences. Benefits: Experience in public relations, networking.

Supervision and Communication Plan
Fellows will receive a comprehensive onboarding package and an initial orientation session. They will develop project outlines that will be reviewed and approved by supervisors. Weekly check-ins and progress reports will ensure ongoing support and feedback.
Regular meetings and daily updates will facilitate effective communication between fellows and supervisors. A final showcase event will provide an opportunity for fellows to present their projects and receive certificates of completion.
